The owner discovered his passion for helping others reach their fitness goals after making his own fitness transformation. He’s been in the industry for twelve years, and his fellow trainers have been with him for about one year. We offer a variety of group exercise classes, personal training sessions and fitness classes for kids.

My name is Danielle & I came to yoga several years ago through motherhood. I was pregnant with my firstborn child & started my yoga journey at the recommendation of my OBGYN.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher(RYS)& went to Yogafaith a Registered Yoga School. I am apart of Off the mat into the world a nonprofit bring yoga to people who need it most. I am also a Registered Nurse so I understand the science,anatomy & physiology of yoga as well. I am a Doterra Wellness Advocate and utilize essential oils during yoga practices.
